Mahd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment authorization is unsuccessful or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Returns & Exchanges
Mahd guarantees the quality of every product purchased through our website. Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days of order receipt, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
All original tags and packaging must be intact
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact sales@mahd.com (replace with your official email) to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Item Availability
All products displayed on mahd.com are subject to availability. Availability, pricing, and product details may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Mahd reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at its sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting sales@mahd.com promptly after placing an order. Cancellation requests are subject to order processing status and cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Mahd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified and issued a full refund where applicable.
